Zebani is a race very similar to human, but with a blue tinge to the skin.
The only recorded Zebani encountered so far is the Earth Crawler Emir Akbas who Carl meets in the Desperado Club. Carl comments that he "looked human at first" but had a "blue tinge to his skin".[1]
