She is describes as a shaggy female, Bopca gnome. ^[1]

Story

Book 3

Donut uses her Negotiation Skill with Wendita to negotiate for a better price on purchasing a Personal Space. While Bopcas are not paid a commission on the sale price, they are known for being stubborn in dealings so Donut uses the interaction to train her skill. With the starting price being 50,000 gold, Donut negotiates her down to the lowest price the system will allow the room to be sold at, 37,500 good (25% off). Any lower than that and Wendita would have to pay the difference herself. Donut is just asking her about how much she has saved up (abusing her high Charisma), but then Carl tells her to open her It's Not My Fault You Fish-Headed Assholes Don't Properly Program Your Quests Box that contains coupons for free rooms.

When they cash in their coupons, Wendita is overjoyed. She will get a bonus for all the rooms and all the upgrades. She has tears streaming down her face, thanking Donut for her patronage.
