There were more of the tusklings than there were of us, but they were shocked and confused, having been transported from their own world to this place. They were weaponless, they were untrained, and they were slaughtered.[1]
In the Syndicate, Tusklings are pig-like orcs and the ruling class of the Orcish Supremacy. They appear in the Dungeon as part of the Ball of Swine.[2]
Appearance
Tusklings are pink-scorned orcs with wide warthog-like heads that sit too close to their shoulders and wide torsos about 1.5 times larger than a human's, but are comically stubby from the waist down; they stand roughly 4' 6" tall. Their faces are marked by black eyes and four crossed tusks: two long, curved tusks at the front, and a second pair further back. Some female Tusklings choose to pierce their tusks.[2] Tusklings do not wear shoes on their hoofed feet.[3]
Classes
In the Dungeon, Tusklings are assigned to classes.
Tuskling Knight
Tuskling Knight. Level 4.
When it comes to the Tuskling, their titles are about as accurate as their dating website photos. The once-mighty warriors conquered the Orcish Supremacy hundreds of years ago, defeating all the other clans. They are now shells of the mighty warriors they once were. The honorarium “Knight” roughly translates to “Overweight, alcoholic bureaucrat who spends his days making new laws to oppress the poor and his nights drinking and getting pegged.” Knights and their slightly-more dangerous female counterparts, Tuskling Courtesans, are only worthy adversaries when they come together to form an ancient, Tuskling battle formation known as a “Ball of Swine.”[4]
Having just emerged from a Ball of Swine, the First Floor Tuskling Knights are disoriented. They wear tuxedos and carry somehow-intact wine glasses.[2]
Tuskling Courtesans
The Tuskling Courtesans are level 5, and slightly taller and fatter than the Knights. They wear makeup and glittering dresses with strange leather straps.[2]
Tuskling Dominatrix
On the First Floor, the Tuskling Dominatrix is level 8.[3]
Trivia
- Tusklings and the Ball of Swine are the only mobs or bosses that the System AI claims to have teleported into the Dungeon.
