Carl receives this achievement on the Fifth Floor after getting eaten whole by Lusca. No one else that participated in the fight got this achievement.[2]
The Platinum Spicy Box awards him with the Enchanted Anarchist's Battle Rattle, the Earth Upgrade Patch, and a small unenchanted sewing kit containing white and red thread.
