Shock Chomper are a Fourth Floor mob that looks like a lion-headed naga with an electrical attack that can be found on the Yellow Line.[1]
Description
No full description is given other than "lesser nagas with mommy issues."[1] Given that this whole floor is a political parody, this is most likely in reference to the Naga and the story of the Sepsis Whore.
All the Shock Chompers are level 20 with an electrical attack that can be countered by hitting them, canceling the attack. [1]
They drop gold fangs and about 10 gold per body. [1]

Book 3
The Royal Court of Princess Donut spends a bit of time at the start of the Fourth Floor farming the Shock Chompers by shooting them while standing on the platforms, but quickly move on when they realize they couldn't really level up that way. [1]
Speculation
- Given that the entire Iron Tangle is a political parody, these are most likely a jab at the Naga.
