The Pooka on the Fourth Floor is a Neighborhood Boss, and part of the Iron Tangle political statement. They hand out the drugs that the Krakaren Clone (Fourth Floor) boss would make.
Description
Imani describes the creatures as fuzzy, goblin-like creatures that turn into giant goats when attacked. They can be quite tough. [1]
