Penis Parade is a strip club in the Desperado Club, located on the First Floor of the club. There are higher end strip clubs on the Second Floor (Penis Palace) and the Third Floor.

Book 2
On their first visit to the Desperado Club, Mordecai tells Carl not to go into the strip clubs as viewers tend to ridicule crawlers who go into them. [1]
Book 3
On their third visit to the Desperado Club, Carl and Donut only find 10 crawlers to add to chat. Donut suggests checking out the Bitches or Penis Parade to find more crawlers. Carl spots Frank Q at the bar and sends Donut to go look in the strip clubs herself, sending the Sledge with her for protection. When they come back, Donut and the Sledge are wearing pink feather boas. Sledge is also wearing a cowboy hat and a pinback button that reads “I like my sausages extra-large. Penis Parade. Desperado Club Floor One.”[2]
Donut apparently had an "amazing lap dance" that Zev said was one of the top two feeds in the world during that hour. [3]
