The Nothing is a hell-like subdimension of the dungeon. It contains Feral Gods whom have been banished there, as well as unlucky Crawlers and NPCs. Carl describes it as "a literal Hell". When entering the Nothing, one is "sucked in".
When a portal to the Nothing, ethereal screams can be heard far below.
