Mana Genita is a god, the details about them are currently unknown. She's supposedly big on spells.
The Enchanted Tiara of Mana Genita appears to be named for her. The tiara is fit for royalty, made in honor of all the lost children of the world. [1]
Real world basis
In ancient Roman religion, Mana Genita is an obscure goddess mentioned only by Pliny, Plutarch, and Horace. Both Pliny and Plutarch tell that her rites were carried out by the sacrifice of a dog.[2]
Supposition
Probably not a coincidence that Donut's tiara is associated with a god that requires dog sacrifice.
Story
Book 3
Mordecai mentions she is a pretty obscure one and that he's never run across her. He thinks she was big on spells. [1]
