Error Replacement Net

And while this new generation of Macro AIs are still ostensibly independent, they’re considered much more “stable.” Something that won’t “go crazy” or “kill everybody on the planet because it’s having a temper tantrum.[1]

An Error-Replacement Net is a Mantis invention intended to stabilize (or, according to the System AI, lobotomize) newly created Macro AIs.[2]

Three or four days before this season of Dungeon Crawler World started, Mantis scientists successfully used the error-replacement net to synthesize a new, stable, independent Macro AI. This development brings the Mantises one step closer to recreating the Eulogist and, once this new generation of Macro AI is fully rolled out, will make it impossible for Residuals to communicate with AIs in future Dungeons.[2][3]
