Story

Book 1

Brynhild's Daughters officially forms by the second recap episode of the Second Floor.[1]

Book 2

Carl and Donut meet Hekla on the show Danger Zone with Ripper Wonton. Carl mentions how the recap episode showed the group had taken out an Owlbear Borough Boss with Hekla's crossbow the Enchanted Repeating Crossbow of the Scavenger Mother of Mothers. Hekla mentions that one of the daughters (Katia Grim) had gotten separated from her group, and asks Carl and Donut to find Katia and team up with her. [2]

Book 3

At the start of Chapter 3, Katia notes that the Daughters are also at a station 83, with similar conditions to the Station 83 the Royal Court of Princess Donut is at, indicating a pattern in the numbering system.[3]

The Daughters meet up with the Royal Court in the Royal Palace of Princess Donut after Katia white lists them. Hekla is there to collect Katia and request the assistance from the Royal Court in the Vermillion Line Rescue of over 1000 crawlers at station 101.[4]

After Katia Grim accidentally kills Hekla, Eva becomes the new party leader. People don't like Eva as much and start leaving the party, breaking up the Daughters.[5]

“She was protecting us,” Silfa said. “When she died, it automatically made Eva the party leader. People don’t like her. They’re leaving the party. Brynhild’s Daughters is no more. We’re nothing without Hekla. We have hardly any equipment. We don’t have a personal space anymore. We all have sponsors, but most of us have the same one as Hekla, the crab ranch, and they’ve never sent us anything. We have nothing. What are we going to do?”[5]

By the time the Vermillion Line train reaches station 75, the party is pretty much disbanded. Hekla had built the entire party around the power up of the Enchanted Repeating Crossbow of the Scavenger Mother of Mothers, with too many mages and healers and not enough damage dealers and tanks. This made for an unbalanced team, especially since experience was shared amongst such a large group.[6]
