"I HAVEN’T SEEN THIS MANY CORPSES SINCE IT WAS ALGOS’ TURN TO HOST GAME NIGHT." -- Samantha[1]

In the Dungeon, Algos is the god of pain. Mordecai notes that Algos is "a good god to choose if you want your target to suffer."[2]

Story

The Skull Empire sent Maggie My a Benefactor Box containing a scroll that allows her to choose a god to worship, and Chris Andrews a benefactor box containing a picture of Algos. After choosing to worship Algos and arriving on the Fifth Floor, Maggie My was approached by a mysterious person in a safe room and given a Celestial Grenade. She was supposed to detonate the grenade near Carl to summon Algos.[2]
