Alchemy Table

I started pulling everything from my inventory in the alchemy category, which was a lot of stuff, from rat meat to that chest of supplies we’d bought from the drug dealer. By the time I was done, the simple table now looked as if a mad scientist had set up shop at a swap meet.
-- Book 3, Chapter 4

The Alchemy Table is a crafting workbench that allows crawlers to transform various Dungeon loot such as organs and skins into potions. Although the table includes tools and resources, it does not necessarily include recipes.

Description

At Level 1, the table looks like an ordinary crafting table.

At Level 3, it has expanded to three times its base size and includes a faucet as well as layers of shelves and drawers.[1]

At level 9, Mordecai thinks he can fix the error in Mordecai's Special Brew that prevents crawlers from taking more than two of them before it stops working, but he has never gotten a table that high. [1]

Alchemy Tables increase one level each time the crawler descends to a new floor.

Alchemy Tables can be specialized. [2]

Potions Made

Story

Book 1

When fighting the Krakaren Clone (Second Floor), Carl uses a Carl's Jug O'Boom and hides underneath an Alchemy Table for protection. After the explosion, the alchemy table is undamaged and cool to the touch. [3]

Book 2

Part of the reason Odette recommends Donut make Mordecai her manager is due to his alchemy skills.

“He is an alchemical master. Get him in front of an Alchemist’s table, and he’ll be able to make you potions. Surely you can see the benefit in that.”[4]
