Whatever the crawler was doing, where everybody could see them, they were doing it to such an extent that it was deemed worthy of a Legendary loot box.. The loot box is mentioned as part of the AI's description for Spunky Jeffery the Enchanted Nickel Sock of the Elderly Miser.
