"The dwarf looked at me, and it struck me, as it always did, at the life there in his eyes."-- Carl[1]

Tizquick is a Dwarf train conductor of the Mango Line on the Fourth Floor Iron Tangle. He was given false memories of a daughter that never existed.[1]

Description

A dwarf huddled on the ground, his head hanging low, a puddle of tears formed underneath him.[1]

Story

Book 3

Carl encounters Tizquick at station 60 on his way to help Hekla with the Vermillion Line Rescue. By this time the Iron Tangle is falling apart and the surviving NPC staff have made their way back to station 60 where they falsely belived that their families lived. Carl knows there's nothing he can do but takes a moment to try and comfort the distraught NPC who has broken down after realizing that his daughter never existed. The scene, while very short, clearly shows Carl's increasing view that NPCs are fellow victims of the crawl.[1]

“One day, this pain you’re feeling right now will matter,” I said. The conductor looked up at me, eyes sparkling with confusion. [1]

When a group of crawlers at Train yard F blow up the Blister Ghoul generator, the station becomes open to crawlers to use the Stairwells. Carl suggests to Imani to ask Tizquick what lines connect to that station. [2]
