The That-Was-Disgusting Box! is a type of loot box awarded by the System AI for achievements that are (presumably) very disgusting.

Story

Carl receives a platinum That-Was-Disgusting-Box! for having earned the Pincushioned Achievement during his fight with Sharp-Elbows, a level 80 Ogre-necromancer-witch on the Eighth Floor. [3][4]

Carl opens this box during the Christmas Party near the end of Phase Two on the Eighth Floor. The box contained a Skill Potion of the Minor Find Crawler Skill which would raise the level of that skill to five. Upon receiving the potion, Carl immediately drinks it.[2]
