Sore as Shit is a relatively common debuff that accompanies every serious injury. It typically lasts for one hour, but may last longer if enough debuffs are active or the injury is extremely severe. While it doesn't affect Player Stats directly, the crawler is generally sore for as long as the debuff is active.[1]
