Sebastian is a level 21 Bopca Protector, and the proprietor a First Floor Safe Room located near the Juicer's neighborhood.[1][2] Overwhelmed by Donut's Charisma, he gifts her his personal hairbrush and enthusiastically brushes her.[1]
His safe room is a Peruvian Taco Bell with a full kitchen, sleeping area, bathrooms, coffee, and delicious Peruvian beer.[2][1]
