Sally is a former work mate of Carl's and a single mother.
Beatrice managed to get her fired after she messaged Carl asking him out for drinks. Bea contacted Carl's boss, Dick, and claimed that Sally was stalking Carl. Dick agreed to fire her in return for Tiffany sending him a picture of her boobs, this was really just a picture she found on the internet. Beatrice and her friends named this episode Operation Slut Stop.
She was used for The Reminiscence Hydra of Malicious Compliance. During the battle she had an attack that vomited out a stream of green acid.
