- Frank Q has three player killer skulls by his name when Carl and Donut meet him in the saferoom on the First Floor.

- Imani has 12 skulls from mercy-killing Meadow Lark Elder Care Facility residents on the First Floor. [2]
- Yolanda Martinez gets a skull when she kills Jack for peeing on the wall. [3]
- By the recap episode on the Second Floor, Lucia Mar has four player killer skulls. [3]
Book 3
SPOILERS FOR BOOK 3
- Donut gets a player killer skull after her name for killing Ji-Hoon when he attacks her in the Desperado Club. Elle McGibbons gets on shortly after when she kills his partner. [4]
- Chris Andrews gets one after killing Frank Q at the Desperado Club. [5]
- At Station 24, Katia pulls Carl aside to discuss how Donut discretely hid a PVP Coupon with Carl's name on it on the tracks. Hekla told her how Eva Sigrid got a coupon for every member in their party when she got her first Player Killer Skull. [6]
- Katia gets her first player killer skull, and the first golden skull of the Dungeon Crawler World: Earth when she actives her Rush Skill and accidentally kills Hekla during the Vermillion Line Rescue. [7]
