Pincushioned is an Achievement awarded to Carl for having both eyeballs pierced at the same time.

Story

Book 6

During a Deckmaster fight against Tom the Turkey and Sharp-Elbows the Ogre Necromancer Witch (Deckmasters Eight and Nine) on the Eighth Floor, Carl activates the Daughter's Kiss ability of his Scavenger's Daughter Upgrade Patch to kill Tom the Turkey. The resulting explosions destabilizes the barn where the fight had occurred and in the resulting tumult Carl secures himself to a concrete slab using his Sticky Feet Benefit. Sharp-Elbows, whose body is covered in spikes, lands atop Carl piercing him in dozens of places including both eyes.^[1]

Just before Sharp-Eblows dies, while she's atop Carl, she says “They starve us, you know, [...] When we’re not here, we are there, [...] and when we’re there, they make certain the hunger festers. You can stop it. You can satiate us all, Carl.”^[1]

Carl receives a platinum That was Disgusting Box for this achievement.
