Orc are a race both in the Dungeon and in the Syndicate. Within the Syndicate, the Skull Empire is a part of the Syndicate Council.

One of the citizen types of the Overcity are orcs. [1] GumGum is an orc NPC, but doesn't have the same skin color as Maestro. [2]
