I understood then why we hadn’t received any information from people who’d ridden the named lines. People died when they rode the named lines.[1]
The quest, Levi is On the Menu!, triggers when crawlers board the Dismembered Unlimited on the Fourth Floor. This quest killed six teams of crawlers before the Royal Court of Princess Donut defeated Dismember.[2]
AI Description
New Quest. Levi is On the Menu!
This is a pass or fail quest. Failure has consequences.Do not allow Levi the 7th to be devoured by the Fleshers. This quest is active as long as you remain on the train.
Reward: You will receive a Silver Quest Box.
Failure: Every crawler on the train will be turned into a Flesher.[3]
Description
Levi the 7th is a Symbiote: a Hobgoblin skeleton which has been animated and merged with a Flesher's skin, which in this case once belonged to a Basher Troll. As a Symbiote, he is targeted by other Fleshers who want to strip away his flesh and merge with his bones (thus becoming Levi the 8th).
The Dismembered Unlimited consists of an engine and two train cars, but can only be entered and exited through the engine. Levi sits at the very front of the engine, and is the only occupant visible on the minimap while the train is stopped. After crawlers board the engine and the train begins to move, a countdown timer to the next stop appears in the crawler's Heads-Up Display (HUD) and the quest triggers. As the doors separating the three cars open, hundreds of red-tagged mobs abruptly populate the crawler's interface.
Dismember, a War Mage, waits in the final car, where he is amassing an army of deceased crawlers for "some bullshit storyline we don’t have time to get involved in."[4] His goal appears to be level Levi up to Levi the 15th, "and you’ll know, Levi. You’ll know exactly what we are!"[5]
