Indigenous Planetary Species Protection Act

After a few more minutes of the bug woman discussing how the formation of the Indigenous Species Protection Act was endangering the very existence of all life in the universe, I leaned forward and banged my head loudly on the table.[1]

The Indigenous Planetary Species Protection Act (often shortened to Indigenous Species Protection Act) is a Syndicate law governing "collection actions" (i.e. a transformation) and the creation of World Dungeons for Dungeon Crawler World.[2][3]

Clauses

Dungeon Creation & Format

An unspecified clause requires all uncollected matter from a transformation to be repurposed for the creation of a World Dungeon under the mined planet's surface.[2]

Subsection 35 of the IPSPA, in conjunction with the Mined Material Reclamation Act, requires the "assigned planetary regent" (a Syndicate corporation) to give survivors of a collection the opportunity to "reclaim their lost matter" in the subterranean dungeon. The corporation may choose the dungeon's format from a list of options codified in law (including Battle Royale, Land Wars, and Option 3: The 18 Level World Dungeon), and retains all rights to "broadcast, exploit, and otherwise control all aspects of the World Dungeon."[2][4][5]

Game Play

Subsection 1256-C requires the host company to provide a Indigenous Planet Hobby Potion to crawlers who choose a domestic class.[3]

Natives

An unspecified clause requires the planet's "AI controller" to scramble Natives' implants after a Dungeon opens.[6]
