The Heavy Metal Box is a Loot Box given to Carl for the Touched by a Demon Achievement when he was grabbed my Amayon.
Appearance
The Celestial Heavy Metal box looks like full-sized drum kit with pyrotechnics and the face of Amayon on the drums. An ethereal demon plays the set until it explodes, with a “666” flashing in the air before disappearing.[1]
