Prime Minister Glory is a Gleener responsible for the Syndicate Council and the Syndicate as a whole.[2]
Description
Prime Minister Glory is known to be stoic, but is slowly cracking as the Ninth Floor Faction Wars draw near and the System AI grows increasingly unstable.[3]
His mother's body is now controlled by a Gondii, who works as the assistant to the Vice President of Operations of the Valtay. Prime Minister Glory insists on listening to this Valtay employee and trusting the corporate-government's plans, rather than risk pulling the Failsafe. His children are currently trapped in the Eighteenth Floor Scolopendra Club.[3]

- He is on the phone to Orren when Carl is pulled into the office at the Desperado Club to talk about the Failsafe. Glory wants to know how Rosetta Thagra stole money from King Rust and the Skull Empire, but Orren isn't as concerned with the money situation as the failsafe situation and hangs up on him. Glory presumably sits into the rest of the conversation with the Syndicate Council. [5]
