Book 2
During the (original) end of the Fools Who Broke the Glass Quest on the Third Floor, Carl placed a Sheol Glass Reaper Case around an about-to-explode Soul Crystal and pulled the result into his inventory.
This would explode the millisecond Carl removed it from Carl's inventory, and create a 45 kilometer-wide (approximately 28 mi2) explosion.
