Buzzed is a debuff caused by consuming items such as the Rev-Up Immunity Smoothie. It seems to be a step below the Shit-Faced Debuff.[2]

Crawlers with this debuff feel woozy and unbalanced, and may need to focus on not toppling over. Their speech may be slurred.[2]

Carl gets the Buzzed Debuff when he takes the Rev-Up Immunity Smoothie during his fight with the Krakaren Clone (Second Floor). [2]
